These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HOPPA website and platform services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. HOPPA is a technology provider that connects users with regulated financial infrastructure partners.
2. Services
HOPPA provides technology infrastructure that enables businesses and individuals to access financial services through our regulated infrastructure partners. These services may include multi-currency accounts, card programs, payments, foreign exchange, and crypto-enabled card services.
All regulated financial services are provided by our licensed infrastructure partners, including Equals Money Plc (FCA FRN 900926, UK) and our licensed card issuing partners. HOPPA does not hold client funds directly.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Business accounts require valid business registration. Service availability varies by region and is subject to eligibility requirements and our partners' onboarding processes.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Fees & Pricing
Fees for our services are set out on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Account fees, payment fees, card fees, and FX margins vary by region (UK/EU) and account type (Personal/Business). The HOPPA crypto-enabled card has separate pricing in USD.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOPPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
